Cold, noisy, and no fire alarm. Won’t be back.

Wi-Fi worked. Lovely location outside of town.

This is a RUSTIC room—very basic. No where in booking ad, but on arrival, had to pay an additional 7 Euro for bedding and towel. Who travels rural Belgium with their own bedding? Can hear all other guests (and hippy dogs) throughout the building. Alarmed to stay in an old wood structure in which the fire alarm was missing. Could not get radiator hot enough to be comfortable. Felt like I was staying in a rustic scout cabin.

A perfect family getaway to enjoy simple pleasures and nature

We stayed for 3 nights during the May holidays as a family of five, and enjoyed our time at La Ferme de Werpin. The location is peaceful, up on a quiet hill, with hiking trails around—we felt we didn’t need to go anywhere else to relax. The house is charming, and our room was simple but very comfortable. There’s a nice garden where the kids could run around, and the shared BBQ area outside was great too. Everyone at the accommodation was kind and friendly, and since the weather got warmer when we arrived, they even offered us a cooler room that was available. It’s also a great base for exploring the Ardennes—Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne are just 20 minutes by car, and the nearby town Hotton was also convenient. We left feeling refreshed - thank you so much!

There was nothing we didn’t like. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a simple and peaceful countryside life, even if just for a few days.

Nice, relaxed spot for active weekend in the Ardennes

The beds were excellent. The common BBQ area was nice and soundproofing much better than we feared - we didn't hear the neighbours. Kind staff.

Good place for a rural stay

The place is well maintained, the rooms are well heated, even on cold winter nights. It has good views of the countryside. The rooms are well equipped with a small kitchen. Everyone was nice.

The towels and bed sheets are not included in the original price. This information is not easily seen on the place information. However, they could still be rented for an extra. We opted for taking our own. The toilet is quite small, but not a major problem.

Amazing accommodation in the Ardennen

The location was great, in a very quiet area not so far from the Ourthe and Hotton. Our room had a very nice view and we had everything we needed. The common area in the garden is very nice. The parking right next to the accommodation it's very convenient. The host was flexible with the check in time and attentive. Thank you! Would definitely come back.

Quietness in the heart of the Ardennes.

Very nice location in the green surroundings of Hotton. Well situated for hikes and visiting the Ardennes. A bit remote if you're not by car. The farm offers outside facilities, garden, small playground.

For almost everything you need to take the car. The room furniture is rather basic and not very comfortable.
