4 Balconi House-San Gregorio palazzo unico vista mare

The house is really big, with two levels: one with the living which is very large + kitchen and a small bathroom; second with two roomy separate bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and another one with two large beds quite large for two people. Besides this there is the terrace which is quite amazing, overlooking the sea (mainly the port). Five showers, six sinks and three toilets. The location is ideal, on one side of the old town, only 3 minutes to reach the beach. The place preserves the grandeur of the 19th century interior style, with very high ceilings and steep stairs.

The lime plaster on the ceiling of the two-bed bedroom was falling down in tiny pieces. Not such a big deal, but every day we had to clean our beds. Some of the dishes stored in the kitchen deposit were not quite clean. No soap in any bathroom.

Gorgeous, proper fabulous location, we loved our stay so much. Easy to walk into town great to go out for a swim and ideal place to explore Gallipoli highly recommend.

San Gregorio Palazzo Unico fue nuestro refugio perfecto en Gallipoli. Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos acogidos en un ambiente lleno de encanto y tranquilidad, ideal para una escapada en pareja. El edificio es una joya en pleno centro histórico, a pocos pasos del mar y rodeado de callecitas con historia. Nuestra habitación era amplia, decorada con mucho gusto y con una cama comodísima (perfecta para descansar abrazados después de un día de sol). Cada mañana desayunábamos en el patio, rodeados de silencio y buen café, disfrutando del momento sin prisas. El personal fue encantador, siempre atento, con recomendaciones sinceras. Es de esos lugares que te dejan huella, sobre todo si los compartes con alguien especial. ¡Sin duda, volveríamos una y mil veces más!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato 4 notti qui e ce ne siamo innamorati! La casa è davvero grande, pulita e luminosa. È in una posizione perfetta: si esce a piedi e in pochi minuti sei tra i vicoletti pieni di ristoranti e localini. La sera c’era sempre un’atmosfera viva. La cucina è ben attrezzata e la terrazza vista mare è un vero gioiellino per rilassarsi. Perfetto per una vacanza di coppia, romantica ma anche comoda. Torneremmo volentieri anche con amici.
