Palazzo Salapolis - Luxury Apartments

The place is beautiful, and every single detail of the décor has been carefully thought out. Good taste is everywhere, expressed with an impressive sense of natural elegance. The apartments are not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable. From the bed to the pillows and bed linen, everything is of exceptional quality and designed to provide the highest level of comfort. The location is perfect: right in the historic centre of Gallipoli, yet on a quiet street where you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Just a few metres away, there are charming restaurants serving delicious food, as well as bars, shops and beautiful monuments and churches, with the Cathedral being a particular highlight. There is also a lovely public beach just a short walk away, with a wonderful sunset. Gallipoli, with all its beauty and charm, could not have a better place to welcome its visitors. Palazzo Salapolis is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. And beyond its beauty, the comfort it offers truly makes you feel at home. A large part of that is thanks to the host, Scott, who makes each guest’s stay memorable, not only through his efficient management but also through the genuine care and attention he gives to everyone who stays there. From being present every morning at breakfast to make sure everything is running smoothly, to always being available to provide help, recommendations and information whenever needed, his dedication makes a real difference. Scott also has a shop nearby, offering beautiful items ranging from clothing, shoes and perfumes to decorative pieces. It is very close to Salapolis and is definitely worth a visit. I wholeheartedly recommend Palazzo Salapolis to anyone visiting Gallipoli, as staying there will make the whole experience of the city even more special and rewarding. I felt in love with both Gallipoli and Palazzo Salapolis, and for that reason I know I will return and I certainly won’t waste any time looking for somewhere else to stay.

The property was beautiful — very well decorated and conveniently located. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. The rooms were spacious and clean. Scott is doing a great job.

We really appreciated the breakfast options provided during our stay. There was a good assortment, including boiled eggs, cold cuts, and a variety of pastries. They even included chocolate cake! While cake isn’t common for an American breakfast, it is a traditional Italian touch that my kids especially liked. It was a nice, convenient way to start our days.

Stayed 2 nights in this lovely and stylish palazzo in the center of the historic center! Lovely host and staff and perfect stay! Nice breakfast and terraces.
