Check in was smooth especially as I was early, so that was very appreciated after an early start to the day! Miguel was very helpful suggesting places to visit (which I did). The apartment was cleaned to a very good standard every day. The location is exceptional if you don't want to hire a car. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate, the bed was comfortable and plenty of storage places for clothes and luggage
The air conditioning needs a bit of attention as it was only blowing air downwards and not into the room much ad it was too noisy to have on at night.

1. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
2. The rooms, living room, and kitchen were spacious enough, and the balcony had a great night view.
1. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough.
2. The main street is just down the street from the hotel, which is on a small slope, but it's still a walkable distance.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The location is in walking distance of the old town, quite a few restaurants nearby and a very nice park just opposite.
The bathroom needs refurbishing, especiaĺly the bath/shower area the kitchen could do with some revamping and a lick of paint all over wouldn't be a bad idea
