Villa Kalo Chorio

Despite our 5 hour flight delay Maria was waiting for us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house. The property was super spacious and private, it was so helpful having a downstairs and upstairs kitchen and there was plenty of cutlery and crockery for us to use. Maria was really helpful and respectful on the days she came which was nice, and Dimitris checked in a couple of times online so we really had the ability to raise anything if we needed. There are so many options of where to sit and relax which was nice, and plenty of options to be in the sun or in the shade. The property was really well located, as mentioned it was really private and not overlooked but only a 15 minute drive to get anywhere - I would definitely recommend renting a car if you can!

Nothing to do with the property itself, but pack ear plugs!! There are quite a few stray cats on the island and they were pretty noisy a couple of nights, so if youre a light sleeper - pack ear plugs. Also, the garage is great but not super high - we scratched the boot of the car when opening it in the garage so just a caution to be careful when parking/opening the boot.

Nous y avons passé 3 semaines et tout était parfait. La villa est très grande et très bien placé. Un endroit calme. La piscine est un vrai atout. Nous avons eu de quoi manger à notre arrivée. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons eu des petits gâteaux faits maison et nous avons pu déguster les fruits du jardin. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de climatisation car la maison reste fraîche et agréable. Un petit coin de paradis loin de tout mais à la fois proche des villes pour faire les courses, aller au restaurant et sortir le soir. Top ++++

The Villa is very well looked after. It was very clean and comfortable and is in a quiet secluded area perfect for a relaxing family get away. Would highly recommend and will for sure visit again some day.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay at Villa Kalo Chorio

Tolles Grundstück und schönes Haus, teilweise etwas rustikal/ authentisch, die Bilder spiegeln es aber wider. Die Lage am Berghang ohne direkte Nachbarn ist auch super. Zum Meer und zu Restaurants (z.B. in Gouves) ist es nicht weit. Großer Pool und Schatten gibt es auch genug. Vermieter reagiert schnell, ist selber aber nicht vor Ort. Fehlende Sonnenliegen wurden auf Nachfrage schnell organisiert. Eine Erstausstattung mit Lebensmittel war da (Eier, Gemüse, Wasser, Saft, Bier, Wein, Butter, Nudeln etc)

Leider war die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft für uns nicht akzeptabel. Tierhaare auf den Betten, Böden nicht gefegt/ gesaugt, Toiletten nicht sauber und Kleiderschränke mit Dreck/ Haaren sollten kein Standard sein. Haben dann selbst einmal durchgeputzt und die Küche auf Vordermann gebracht.
