*Staff are super helpful and friendly. Even helped to store our baggage whilst we were on a walking tour *Very clean and spacious rooms *Perfect location for Flores

Location very good. Staff were very pleasant (when they were there - desk unmanned after 6pm). Pre arrival communication via WhatsApp very good.
Bedding probably clean but old and badly stained. Power cut when we arrived at 3pm, and due to heat (33° C) floor of bedroom was covered in ants and the, table for suitcases was not cleaned so had attracted a cluster of tiny ants as had one of the bed runners at the bottom of the bed. We were sweltering. Reception staff left at 6, leaving no information or update, lights and most importantly air-conditioning didn't come back on until about 8.30pm. No torches or update provided. Not great.
