About this apartment rental
Location is a must in one of the best neighborhood of Central London, walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Metro/Tube is 5 minutes walking from the apartment, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.
The one bedroom apartment has a contemporary open plan kitchen fully fitted with fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven. The living room is spacious where there is a large double sofa bed for additional guests, as well as an extra guest airbed. The bedroom has a double bed super comfortable and is plenty of room.
The apartment comes with a digital TV, there is fiber optic wireless broadband throughout the apartment (WIFI).
We have the best housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure that your flat will be polished upon arrival for your stay with us.

Literally 5 mins walk to paddington station in a safe and easy neighbourhood. The place was big enough for a family of 3 and well stocked with towels and sheets.
I would recommend a dehumidifier in summer months but otherwise we were incredibly happy.
John is quick to respond and has staff available if you need.

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. It had everything that we needed. John was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location can't be beat, with Paddington station just a short walk away and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

The owner was completely responsive and accommodating. He made everything very easy!The flat is in an ideal area between Paddington Station and Bayswater. It's a very close walk to nearby shops and restaurants, and an easy 15 minute walk to Hyde Park. The flat is cheerfully adorned and quite cozy. However, there are a few improvements that could be made: the mattress and pillows in the bedroom are very uncomfortable. The Ikea towels were a bit thread worn, with one having a hole in it. It would be nice if they could leave a couple extra towels in addition to the one per person. The bathroom itself is updated, but there was mildew on the ceiling and soap scum in the shower door. The kitchen was nicely appointed, but the sponge for washing dishes was old and heavily used. We ended up buying our own sponges to avoid using it. I actually really liked the flat, but they could do some cheap, quick fixes that would make it even better.
