This place is an absolute marvel that feels like the real home away from home. The lady of the house is always waiting for you with cakes and fresh coffee, sharing the stories of life in Batumi and happy to share loads of information about places to go and things to do. The big garden with open chilling areas is amazing as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Batumi Wonderland Guest House. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, Lia and her husband made us feel genuinely welcome and so well cared for. It is clear that this guest house is a true labour of love, and their warmth and hospitality shine through in every detail.
The guest house is quirky, clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful little touches that make it feel special. Every corner reflects the care and passion the owners have invested in creating a joyful and relaxing place to stay.
The location is another highlight. Set in a normal residential neighbourhood, it offers a wonderful opportunity to experience everyday Batumi life. Within a few minutes’ walk you will find charming local restaurants, bakeries selling freshly baked bread, a small convenience store, fresh beer, and everything else you need for an authentic local experience.
If you are looking for something with character, genuine hospitality, and a chance to experience the real Batumi beyond the tourist areas, this is the perfect place. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Lia, for making our visit so memorable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Batumi Wonderland. The hosts, Lia and Zaza, were very kind, friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. We also loved Bella, their beautiful dog — she made the atmosphere even warmer.
Nothing serious. The beach is about 20–25 minutes away on foot, but we knew this and it was not a problem for us.
