Beautiful Seabrook Beach ~ Enjoy a family vacation in a clean, beautiful home!

Owners were extremely accommodating, rental was clean, great location and would definitely rent here again.

Property was well maintained, plenty of parking, and the owners were very nice. There were two units which are not clearly differentiated in the listing. The home away listed specified that the unit sleeps 10 however upon arrival there were only two queen beds and two twin beds (which sleeps 6 at best). It is more clear after the fact that the top unit is larger and does sleep 10 people however, this was in issue for us personally because we planned on having a few guests overnight which we ultimately had to cancel with due to lack of space. Again, property was very well maintained and a great overall experience. Feedback for owners: If there's a way for you to separate the photos by rental unit, it would make it much easier to understand which rooms belong to which unit. We did enjoy our vacation very much!

Cozy Beach Getaway We really enjoyed our stay in this unit, which takes up the entire second floor of a three-storey house. Proximity to the beach is high on our list and we had all we wanted of that here (and without immediate-waterfront prices!). The unit is clean, comfortable, and attractively furnished and decorated. A nearby traffic light at Route 1A made access by car a breeze, and the off-street parking allowed us to have a couple of guests as well as our own car. The neighborhood is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the Hampton Beach center boardwalk area. Even though Ocean Blvd. is nearby, traffic noise is not a problem. We had all we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. There was plenty of storage space and all the appliances we needed. On really hot days our hosts went out of their way to make sure we stayed comfortable. The open kitchen-dining-living area is clean and comfortable. We are the kind of family that vacations with a jigsaw puzzle in progress on one table, a board game at another, and food on a third, so we found it smaller than we are used to, but that by no means detracts from the space itself. We had a great time learning how not to multitask! Linda and Paul can be justly proud of their property and we thank them for their hospitality and the genuine welcome they extended to us. You will enjoy it as well if you stay here.

There is a lot to like about this property. The location is perfect. It's about 2 blocks from the water/beach on a pretty quiet street. The layout of the unit is great and there is plenty of space. The living/kitchen area is spacious and there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are good-sized and have queen beds. The third bedroom is noticeably smaller and that's where they put the bunk beds. Unfortunately, the unit needs some updates and a deep cleaning to warrant a higher rating. Several of the doors were unpainted and/or damaged and there were a lot of other small things that need to be updated. The unit was also quite dirty. Yes, renters are asked to sweep and vacuum when they check out, which we did, but I am talking about deep cleaning of floors, counters, etc. The stovetop was filthy and cabinet handles and door handles were sticky. Two other notes: There's about 10 steps up to get into the unit, so it is not handicapped accessible. Also, renters are not allowed to use the yard.
