Our Beach home (2-duplexes) at 136 Franklin St (Back Unit) is sunny, clean with private entrances.This is a rare opportunity to rent 1-2 or all 4 for family reunions, weddings, or large groups of friends who just want to chill and relax. 2-Duplexes Diagnoally across from one another.

3 minute walk to the Beach . Fifteen minute walk/bike to the Hampton Beach Casino., which hosts many wonderful events throughout the year. Attractions include deep sea fishing, excellent restaurants, arcades/amusements, great bands at the Hampton Beach Casino. Master Sand Sculpture event Starts June 17. Fireworks every Wednesday fireworks.

We came into town to watch a show at the Hampton Beach casino. This was a very convenient location removed from town but very easy to get to.
The place itself is very comfortable and well lit. We got a flat on the way down, and the neighbor across the street happened to have an air compressor that he let us use to refill the tire.
It's a very quick walk to the beach, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I come down.
Highly recommend.
