The hotel is by the lake and has very good facilities. The pool in particular is amazing!
The price is high for one night stay and for buffet

I liked the pool very much and enjoyed the spa. Staff was very friendly. A bit abundant for the number of guests.
Check-in was very slow and sloppy. I complained and it was nicely solved by Douglas. He was friendly and effective. Thank you.

Ok for the location of our meetings scheduled in that area.
Serena name is overrated. Not much vibe in the hotel. a lot of staff standing around but doing nothing.
