Sagrada Familia Apartment

Tara/ Nadia are the best! Communicates well and respond to all my questions in a prompt manner. I like that the constant connection with you few day before the trip and someone is there to meet you when you arrive.

Le quartier est vivant et bruyant. Il était difficile de dormir. Bruits venant des voisin, bruits venant dès la rue, etc…

L’appartement était très bien situé à environ 10 min de la Sagrada Familia. Près de plusieurs restaurants et commodité tel que marche d’alimentation de plus le stationnement était à 100m.

L’appartement est au niveau du trottoir donc le bruit est perceptible même la nuit.

The location was close to our family and close to the metro and sagrada familia. There is a lovely bakery/coffee shop just on the corner one block down.

The apartment opened up straight onto the pavement. The noise from the road, and from people walking by was not great at all, almost as if we were sleeping on the road it was so loud (no sound proofing as described). Loud music from neighbours (this property is not detached as described). The master bed was very hard and not enough pillows so unfortunately we have come home more tired than we arrived! The Bathroom stank of sewers, shower drain was blocked and leaked over the bathroom floor. One evening was windy and we could hear banging all evening to find out the next morning that there was a loose pain of glass in the front door area which we packed out with cardboard the following evening. It is advertised as having a patio, this is about 1m2 and not somewhere you would want to sit. No bath robes as described. The apartment was nicely decorated but with all the issues we would not stay here again. If you like peace and quiet this apartment is not for you. However, the owner was helpful when we were stuck in the airport and he allowed my cousin to come and pick up the keys otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to get the keys until 8am the following morning. It worked out fine for us but quite easily could have been a nightmare - I would definitely stay in a hotel next time.
