Villa Ermis

Super location in the country but short walk to Lakka for shops restaurants and beaches A large terrace with big table for dining out and umbrella for shade

It’s a steep climb up from the village and you need a torch at nighttime. We loved it but some might find it a problem

Très belle maison bien équipée. Accès un peu difficile en voiture mais comme très souvent sur les routes étroites de Paxos. Notre hôte a été charmant. Il s occupe même des poubelles !!! Ne manque plus qu une piscine pour avoir un beau 10 mais la mer n est vraiment pas loin, on peut y accéder à pied par le centre du village (ça monte au retour !) le coin barbecue a vraiment été très apprécié, pas d interdiction même par forte chaleur car bien conçu sans risque d incendie

Villa Ermis is truly amazing and exceeded our expectations – it’s even better than the photos suggest. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Whether you keep things simple, like we did by eating out, or plan to cook, it has it all – from a BBQ and pizza oven to a big outdoor table perfect for meals together. We especially loved having breakfast outside each morning. Fotis and his wife were incredibly welcoming and kept in touch throughout the week, making sure we felt supported. They even helped us arrange transport from the port, which made our arrival really smooth.

The only small downside for light sleepers like me is that being surrounded by nature means nearby roosters can be quite vocal. It did wake me a few times, but it’s part of the setting and likely won’t bother everyone.

Villa was excellent. Very spacious and clean, so many rooms for just us two! Beautiful terrace, lovely views, very peaceful. Everything we could possibly need and more. Host was very helpful and easy to contact. Arranged our taxis. Supermarket delivered our shopping too.

We found the walk back up to the villa very challenging, maybe because we're not so young anymore! This became very tiring, especially after the long and high walk to Orkos beach which is even more challenging than the villa climb.
