Beds were comfortable, room (without extra bed) was spacious enough.
The hotel didn't fulfill our reservations correctly. We had to move rooms twice as a result. They did compensate us for the inconvenience by adding a complementary breakfast. But when we moved the second time the toilet was not perfectly clean. Not filthy, but definitely not pristine.
The hotel admitted the mistake was theirs. I just hope they do a better job of syncing with Booking.com. I believe our stay would have been close to perfect if they fulfilled the reservations in the first place.
The hotel said they would refund us the cost of one room for one night. But then Booking.com says the hotel has not yet responded to the request for a refund. So what gives? The hotel isn't responding to their own request?
I just hope this is the last I have to say on this matter.
