The apartment is relatively small especially for four or five people. It is only one bedroom for all guests, but that's what the description says.

Great location, good facilities like swimming pool, toys for the children, etc
The bed arrangement and the amount of space. The pictures don't make it clear that there is only one room where all four beds are, as well as the chairs and the dining table.
