Ubytování je prostorné, čisté. V každém pokoji je koupelna včetně WC. Ubytování je kousek od lyžařských středisek, v klidové části Rokytnice. Majitelé jsou příjemní a ochotní. Společenská místnost je prostorná, s velkou televizí, krbem a malou kuchyňkou. Je oddělena od pokojů.

Kuchyně by chtěla více vybavit. Chybí některé druhy nádobí, pro větší skupiny lidí, mísy, cedník, naběračky. Určitě bych popřemýšlel i o výměně matrací.
