Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The location is ideal to visit the likes of Luca, Pisa and Florence plus other hidden gems in the Tuscan hills. The pool and facilities are ideal for families and couples alike. Llaria, who seems to do everything is fantastic and assists with any problem you may encounter.

No kettle, toaster or iron but we coped .

Lovely views and place just a few things that can be improved

I liked the apartment and the big garden with swimming pool and lovely views,

The was no toiletries, nor washing up items, nor cleaning cloth, no shower gel nor shampoo. There was no salt or sugar, nor coffee or tea, or even a welcome pack for the first morning..so you need to buy everything even if you are staying for only 1 night. In most places these are all provided. The property is situated on a very busy road, so it is super noisy at night, you need to close all windows to be able to sleep, there is aircon so it helps during the summer warm nights. Sofa bed is not comfy.

Amazing place for families

We feel blessed to have found this amazing apartment in the middle of Tuscany, with beautiful countryside views, an outdoor swimming pool, and a children’s play area all on site. The apartment and facilities were so clean that they seemed like new, and the swimming pool was a welcome treat at the end of a busy day exploring. The outdoor pool isn’t heated, but even in June was easily warm enough to be enjoyed. When we arrived, Ilaria was there to greet us and show us the facilities. She had gone to the trouble of making up a box of toys and a ride on tractor for our 4-year-old daughter to play with, which was a lovely touch. Although the apartment doesn’t have a washing machine, there is a communal laundry area with one that everyone can use at no additional cost. The location is a small quiet town, which suited us perfectly. It has a few shops and restaurants. There are plenty of supermarkets within 2 or 3km, so easy to shop for anything you need while there.

Super-nice holiday apartment in the middle of Tuscany. The apartment is well-furnished, and there are plenty of amenities on the property (swimming pool, barbeque!). The place is especially nice to travel with kids.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pool is nice as well. It was also convenient that we could use the washing machine to clean our laundry. Recommended place!

The double bed was a bit on the hard side to our personal preference, but all else was nice!

A delightful family break in Italy

We stayed in August 2020 and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate our family and two toddlers. The set up is family oriented with a small pool, children’s play equipment, labyrinth, obstacle course and bbq area. This is all located within sizeable grounds and ample space to wander and play. Our apartment was modern with two bedrooms, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate use of a shared utility/washing machine. Fittings all in excellent order and the apartment was sparkling clean. Our children particularly enjoyed the cinema seating in their bedroom! Location was excellent with easy access to Pisa, Firenze and wider Tuscany. It was a 10 minute or so drive to a large supermarket (Coop/Conrad) for groceries. A delightful break in a beautiful part of Italy - thank you!

Mkt bra och prisvärt!

Väldigt fint och modernt! Välstädat! Fin grill och bord mm utomhus. Poolen var fantastisk! Bra AC inomhus, separat för olika rum. Väldigt bra för vi hade nära 40C varje dag.

Ligger nära en väg som är mer trafikerad än man kan tro. Mycket tung trafik som väsnades mycket.

Lekker relax verblijf met heel wat plezier voor de kinderen op een meer dan uitstekende locatie!

Reis je me kinderen? Dan kan je nergens beter zitten dan hier! Ruim speelgebied voor de kinderen, veel ruimer dan oorspronkelijk gedacht, met heel veel activiteiten voor hen en natuurlijk een prima zwembad! Ook de locatie is meer dan ideaal, rustig gelegen en toch op 30' tot 60' rijden van de grote steden van Toscane!

Teleurstellend.

Uitzicht op de bergen, supermarkt op 3 min rijden.

De locatie logt aan een hele drukke weg met heel veel (vracht) verkeer de hele dag door. De eenpersoonsbedden waren te hard, de wifi was echt heel slecht, de stoelen binnen en buiten op het terras zijn niet comfortabel en hard en achter het zwembad staan hele lelijke industriële tanks, wat echt het uitzicht belemmerd. Er is in de omgeving niets te beleven, je moet echt met de auto op pad gaan. Wij hadden appartement Viola

Ein sehr gut gepflegtes Anwesen mit mehreren Wohnungen, riesiger Garten und schöner Aussenpool

Sehr nettes Anwesen mit drei Wohneinheiten. Der Empfang war sehr nett und hat alles gut erklärt. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt. Der Außenpool ist sehr schön und hatte prachtvolles, eher warmes Wasser. Es gibt einen weitläufigen Garten mit einigen Stationen, vor allem für eher kleinere Kinder (Irrgarten, Schaukeln...). Die Zimmer sind sehr nett, sie sind einfach aber gut eingerichtet, die Betten waren gut. Allerdings sind sie bis auf das riesige Bad nicht extrem groß. Im Zimmer hatten wir jede Menge Infos aus der Gegend und eine lange Liste mit Restaurants. Der Gastgeber spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Das Anwesen liegt an einer Straße die man schon hört, allerdings waren unsere Schlafzimmer Richtung Garten ausgerichtet und damit war die Straße in der Nacht wirklich nicht störend. Alles in allem waren es sehr nette und sehr erholsame Tage.

Wir haben eine etwas größere Sitzgarnitur vermisst. Es gab nur ein Zweier-Sofa und einen Küchentisch mit 4 Sesseln. Und im Garten waren die Stechmücken etwas lästig.

Emplacement idéal pour se rendre ensuite à Florence. Le cadre verdoyant et son grand parc. L'accueil de la gérante qui s'est investie pour nous permettre de passer un agréable séjour (parle un peu le français)

La sortie de l'établissement = faire attention en sortant de la résidence pour reprendre la route principale, il y a très peu de visibilité.
