Podere Marchiano is an old farmhouse situated on the slopes of Montalbano. It is located 12 km from Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci, 30 km from Lucca, 40 km from Florence, 50km from Pisa, 10 km from Montecatini Terme. The house is nestled in the Tuscan countryside, rich in olive groves. Directly overlooking the Montecatini Golf Club - 18 holes. It is possible to use the services of bar and restaurant of the Golf Club House and can be booked "Green fee" in all courses in the Tuscan center. Far from crowded, noisy city, offers the ideal holiday for those who love nature and outdoor activities (golf, hiking, horseback riding) .The central location in the heart of Tuscany, makes Marchiano not only a perfect base for visiting the most important art cities but also the Versilia coast, the Abetone and Pistoia mountains: all locations within a radius of about 50 km away. The house have retained their rustic characteristics original. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette (freezer) and a double sofa bed, one double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Our guests can also take advantage of the spaces equipped appliances in the house and covered: a large shed (barn), which offers a panoramic view of the impressive environmental context of the Val di Nievole; a barbecue, swimming pool and parking surrounded by olive groves.

For the perfect Tuscan Holiday! Located within easy drive of so many locations to visit.
Historic charm, modern amenities, AC, a huge swimming pool, countless areas to sit/dine on the property.
Don’t miss dinner at the private golf club up the dirt path. About a 10-15 minute walk. Incredible food, views and friendly staff.
My only disappointed was the Wi-Fi did not work in the flat. I had to use it from the communal room or front porch.
Overall probably the most charming vacation home I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend as long as you have a car or motorcycle.
