very good shower with strong hot water and good drain. not far from central. good breakfast.
although most members of staff were nice and helpful, the woman receptionist was very unpleasant and unhelpful when we were checking in around 7:30pm. we were given a room with broken bathroom lights. we asked her to replace the broken bathroom light bulb. she refused by saying that it wasn’t her job. I booked a room with 2 beds. although there are 2 beds room available, she tried to change us to a one bed room. after 15 minutes of perseverance, we finally got a 2 beds room as I booked from Booking.com.

Nice little hotel; very Tico style. Full breakfast, nice pool.
Rooms are tired. Our door stuck after opening a few inches; i walked into it twice. Little things needed fixing.

Very good location, close to restaurants and shops. Nice pool which was great as it was quite warm. We could leave our luggage there for some hours, which was great.
The rooms were run down and very small. Some of the staff were not very friendly. Ok breakfast, but not a lot of choices.
