Great place! We had a great stay in Pula and really enjoyed our time here. Apartment 4 looked brand new – everything was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The pool was excellent and all other facilities were also in great condition and made our stay very comfortable. We truly had a wonderful experience and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

I loved it. It was so relaxing and quiet! Full of greenery and a pool we had all To ourselves as nobody was staying there apart from us at the time. The villa is very well looked after and the apartment super clean with aircon and WiFi. The host was so friendly, whenever we needed anything she would offer help. She let us clean our car with her hose at it was very dusty from the beach, and gave us the iron and iron board when we asked for it. She’d offer us advice on the places we can visit. She also spoke Italian and English which was very helpful, as me and my friend spoke both of these languages. It is a 5 min drive from Pula centre which is very good, as the area was peaceful and still close to the centre. If you drive a car, it’s great as Rovinji is also just around a 30 minute drive. Will be coming back - great value for money.

Buona posizione lontano dal caos della città. Alla fine le spiagge a mio avviso più belle verso la zona di Premantura, erano distanti massimo 15/20 minuti. Piscina bellissima e ben curata con dieci lettini dotati a coppia di ombrellone e tavolino. La proprietaria abita affianco quindi per qualsiasi esigenza la si poteva tranquillamente contattare. Si è mostrata gentile e simpatica. La camera nonostante fosse piccola, impeccabile per quanto riguarda la pulizia (cosa assolutamente non scontata). Punto cottura piccolo ma dotato di qualsisi cosa. Trovato con detersivo per i piatti nuovo e spugnetta nuova e teli da cucina puliti e ordinati (non scontato neanche questo).

Era lontano dal caos della città però vicino ad una grossa strada principale e la mattina si riuscivano a sentire i veicoli passare. Difficilmente raggiungibili le spiagge con biciclette a meno che non si noleggiassero vicino.La camera che abbiamo prenotato io ed il mio compagno era purtroppo molto piccola ed il bagno ugualmente piccolo e senza finestra. Avevamo la comodità di avere un angolo cottura piccolo anche se funzionale per le esigenze di poche notti.
