It's a pretty quiet neighbourhood, which I didn't plan for or search for but it turned out great. It's reasonably near the Fort Punta Christo venue where the Dimensions and Outlook festivals are held (30-40 kn Uber) so that was also great.
There was only a single role of toilet paper (for a 4 person apartment) and there were no kitchen cleaning tools (sponges, detergent). That's pretty much it, nothing else to complain about. It's a nice place.
