    Should all be management problems. Carpet is dirty, shower head is not fastened, the lighting in room is weird (lighting in Toilet is much better).

    I think the staff is amazing, and they even let me store luggage after check out for the whole day to visit the city. Amazing in this regard. Only bad thing is breakfast didn’t look that appetizing and there were very little accessible outlets in the rooms.

    I stayed in this hotel during a quasi-business trip. The location of the hotel is great. You get all the necessities for the trip, plus a complimentary breakfast. I didn't have time to enjoy their meal, but overall, I am satisfied with their service. The hotel staff is very friendly. If you need a place to crash on and spend more time wandering around the city, this is a nice place to check out.

    這是我第一次在全世界旅遊這麼多年，遇到如此不通情理的規定，真的非常失望。 第一，房間冷氣無法自行調整溫度。晚上冷氣非常冷，但關掉又變得悶熱難耐，只能反覆開關，非常不舒適。這不是我們個人的要求，而是設備本身就無法正常調溫。 第二，我房間有一位癌症第四期的家人，體質本來就比較虛弱怕冷。因為冷氣問題，我向櫃檯要求多一條被子，卻被告知需要額外支付150元。 我可以理解每間飯店都有自己的規定，但在冷氣無法調溫的情況下，仍堅持收取額外費用，實在讓人無法接受。這不是金額的問題，而是是否站在客人立場思考的問題。旁邊就有賣場，我寧願自己去買一條毯子，也不願意為這樣不合理的規定買單。 對待一般客人都不應如此，更何況是有重病家屬同行的情況。整體服務態度與處理方式讓人非常寒心。 真心建議大家預訂前審慎考慮。
