    Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the reception team and the manager. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was good. Overall, a pleasant experience. Highly recommended

    Had a really pleasant stay here. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel comfortable and hassle-free,thanks to Ms Jyothy and Mr manoj and GM . The room was clean and well maintained, and whenever we needed anything, the staff responded quickly and genuinely tried to help.What I appreciated most was the warm hospitality. Overall, a really good experience and definitely a place I’d be happy to stay at again.

    I was disappointed with my stay. There was no hot water available for bathing, which caused significant inconvenience. The toilet flush was working very slowly, and the sink water tap was extremely tight and difficult to operate. Considering the amount paid, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort or service expected. Overall, it was not value for money, and the service standards need considerable improvement.
