A lovely villa with nice mature gardens and a small pool offering peace and quiet after a day exploring . The bedrooms were large and spacious , beds comfortable a new bathroom next to each .There were plenty of blankets and linens if required and lots of towels . Comfortable lounge and kitchen / dining area , well stocked with cooking utensils and patio access and there were some basics like coffee, sugar, salt .and washing up liquid ( sadly no cooking oil ) Great views in the evening but some tree clipping might enhance the view over to Capri .
We didn’t get to use the pool as it was a bit cold .
It was lovely for our family group with space even outside to have time together or find a quiet spot to sit and read .
The road! The villa is located uphill which we were prepared for but the ‘road ‘ up ( which is not the best, uneven surface ) is very steep and narrow , especially at the top nearest house . Fortunately we never met a vehicle driving the other way but adopted the local technique of get in, drive with hand on horn 🤣 We had a smaller car ( Seat Ibiza) but you would really struggle in a larger vehicle . In addition some wear of the villa drive surface at the middle of the gate has lead to an odd camber which on occasions meant one rear wheel of the car was off the ground when trying to drive the vehicle out! If it was re concreted it would smooth out this already very tight turn . It wasn’t impossible , you just need to be aware it’s a bit of a challenge at first but worth it .
One of the bed frames needs replacing as it is broken and moves oddly .

Für uns war die ruhige Lage in den Bergen perfekt. Das Haus war groß und wir hatten zu dritt bei 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern genügend Platz. Die Anfahrt ist ziemlich steil und eng, aber zu bewältigen. Um sich zu verpflegen und die wunderschöne Umgebung zu genießen, benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Ein guter Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Hier hat man alles bekommen, was man so brauchte. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben vor Anreise Informationen per Whatsapp erhalten, die sehr hilfreich waren.
Der Garten war wunderschön. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf auf das Meer und Capri.
Ein Grill ist vorhanden und dieser wurde natürlich auch genutzt.
Wichtig - man sollte auf jeden Fall Mückenschutz einpacken!
Küche: Etwas veraltete und nicht so saubere Küche. Eine kleine Auffrischung der Utensilien (neue Pfannen, Toaster, Mikrowelle) würde sie noch praktischer machen.
Poolbereich: Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Um den Bereich noch einladender zu gestalten, könnte man die Auflagen der Poolliegen austauschen und eventuell eine wetterfeste Abdeckung bereithalten. Wir haben die Poolaufliegen nicht benutzt, da sie sehr verschlissen waren. Der Sonnenschirm könnte auch mal ausgetauscht werden.
Bad: Eine gründliche Endreinigung vor der Ankunft sorgt für ein frisches Gefühl. Es lagen leider einige dunkle Haare auf dem Boden.
Betten und Schlafbereich: Die Räume bieten viel Platz und Potenzial für entspannten Schlaf. Neue Lattenroste bzw. rechtzeitige Reparaturen würden die Schlafqualität deutlich erhöhen.
Stauraum: Großzügiges Platzangebot ist vorhanden. Mit einer leichten Umordnung der Möbel und zusätzlichem Stauraum (Regale, Schubladen) sowie klaren Zonen für Kleidung würde der Check-in noch komfortabler.
Gesamtwirkung: Das Ferienhaus hat viel Charakter, eine ruhige Lage und schöne Rückzugsbereiche wie Garten und Terrasse. Kleinere Updates bei Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Stauraum würden das Gesamterlebnis weiter steigern, bleiben aber absolut positiv im Sinne eines gelungenen Urlaubs.

Pool was great, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Great hosts.
There were so many ants around the pool area, always all over the sun loungers and chairs, got bit by the ants in the day and then the mosquito at night. However the owners did come to bring us some spray and plug in for the mosquito problem which was great.
Parts of it are abit old and outdated. The garden is nice but feels abit over grown, the filter for the pool is on all day and is so loud, this ruins the ambiance a little bit unfortunately.
I saw some reviews about the road. This is very tight but easy to find, with a smaller car it’s fine no problem.

I describe the place as a home away from home, you have everything that you need for comfortable family stay. The swimming pool was a bonus a lovely addition to take a dip and relax after being in the sun all day.
The comfort the house offers and the staff or I should say the owners of the villa were very accommodating and helpful, every time I have a question, they always answer promptly. They were a nice lovely couple especially Stefania as she was always ready to answer my questions big or small and ready to help. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend them. Thank you to both of them.
