Sauberkeit und service war supi. Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Superlage mit Blick zum Berg. Die Chefin Tina sehr hilfsbereit, gibt gute Tipps , wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Restaurant u alles sehr geschhmackvoll u gut durchdacht eingerichtet, Essen sehr gut. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit u kommen gerne wieder
Eigentlich nichts. Nur für Gehbehinderte schlecht da Treppen.

- bardzo pomocny i uśmiechnięty personel; - bezpłatny parking bezpośrednio przy hotelu; - bardzo smaczne choć skromne śniadania; - bezpośrednie wejście do restauracji, która znajduje się na parterze- bardzo dobre jedzenie i wspaniała obsługa; - codzienne sprzątanie pokoju i wymiana ręczników;
- brak wewnętrznego przejścia do narciarni- dostęp tylko od zewnątrz; - opis pokoju w kwestii łóżek różnił się od rzeczywistości (zamiast 2 dużych oddzielnych i 1 piętrowego otrzymaliśmy 1 duże podwójne i 1 piętrowe)- tutaj personel stanął na wysokości zadania i przekazał na dodatkowy pokój 1 os gratis; - pokoje wymagają odświeżenia ale mimo wszystko jest czysto i przytulnie;

Great atmosphere, staff were lovely. Great food in the restaurant. Room was nice and clean.
Room could have done with an update and no coffee/tea/water facilities in room.
