The view (for bedroom with balcony and seaview) ! amazing !
Excellent sleep quality.
Good value.
Friendly staff (for the ones who understand english), helping with booking, taxis, ...
Useful shuttle service (free).
Quick access to the beach makes up for the "distance".
Communication with staff sometimes a bit difficult (although one has to understand the tourism there isn't quite yet english speaking).
The quick access to the beach could be a bit of a workout for some people (as other reviews mentioned, lots of stairs).
