Beautiful place, beautiful people! Feels like visiting relatives!

The property itself is so, so beautiful. Everywhere are flowers, aromatic herbs, fruits and vegetables. Mirsini and Kiriakos are taking a very good care of the courtyard. In the courtyard you may find also a well equiped kitchen where easily can prepare and serve any of the meals or simply make some coffee, which you may enjoy in several places in the garden, among flowers. Our room was sea overlooking, was big enough, very clean and functional, having refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, basic but functional bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. We are guests for many years but still love the place like the first time, Mirsini and Kiriakos are very kind people, ready to help and to fulfill the wishes. A warm and big thank you!

A great location with a lovely host. Would definitely recommend!

Really nice apartments close to the seafront although the nearby beach is full of rocks and hard to access. Mirsini is an incredible host, really helpful and sweet and adds a different level to the stay. The rooms are nice sized with the basics included. The views of the room are incredible especially looking at the Saos mountain peak.

The location attached to this venue is not exactly right on maps and points you to the village. Contacting the host over the phone is best to get the exact directions.

Cozy and quiet place. Would visit again.

Location was great. Close to Therma and bus stop. The whole place was quiet and surrounded in green. It had a beautiful garden. The common kitchen was useful and well-equipped. Mirsini was a kind and helpful hostess. The room was spacious and comfortable. Price was nice.

The floor of the bathroom was wet after a shower due the way the shower drains. This was a bit uncomfortable. It was nice to sit on the balcony, but it was hard for us because of the sun. We had to make a makeshift curtain to use the balcony in the morning. Of course Mirsini provided the necessary materials.

Green quiet oasis

Wonderful location, green garden and nice friendly hostess, madam Mirsini, who really saved us late in the evening when we were without keys, money and the car. The balcony was very nice (with an antimoskito door), we liked the outdoor kitchen, the water was hot!

No blankets and only small sheets instead. It was rather chilly and I'd love to share warm blanket with my dearest one. It was the most disappointing part

Pleasant option for an unpretentious stay on Samothraki

The house is near the seaside (2-minute walk), but not at the main road so far from the car noise. At the seaside there is a small taverna where food is not fantastic, however saves you when out of products. The garden is very beautiful, the hosts are friendly and gave us fresh eggs from the hens, vegetables according to the season. Though the countryside atmosphere, the rooms were clean and bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days. Our rooms were at the 2nd floor, we had small balcony with beautiful view to the sea. We had a plenty of hot water! (The previous time we were in Samothraki in another place in Terma village, hot water was only from the sun and we had no hot water in the mornings or in cloudy days.)

Our balcony was the only place to hang wet towels and swimwear, but directly under us were the other guests' tables so I had to be careful every time. The common kitchen in the garden is not very well organized, there are only gas plates, no oven, no barbecue. We had to carry our own products non stop from and to our rooms on the 2nd floor, which was quite uncomfortable. There are many bugs in the common equipment of the kitchen. The house was occupied by a Rumanian group organizing action activities on the island - they were quite noisy and took over the most part of the place with their cars, vans, kayaks, etc.

The overwhelming hospitality of the hosts Mirsini and Kyriakos, we have been pampered with delicious homemade food and indulged ourselves in the romantic atmosphere of the place.

Sweet, comfortable stay close to Therma

Gorgeous garden filled with fruit trees. Beautiful, clean rooms with comfortable beds and with personal touches. Room and kitchen have everything you need. The hosts bring fresh fruits from their garden and despite the language barrier were happy to chat and check in with us.

It’s located a few km outside Therma, which you can’t really walk at night since we traveled with a 2 year old. So at night there was simply nothing to do/nowhere to go to. but this wouldn’t have been a problem if we traveled without a child — as everything is super close by.

Exceptional

The place is super clean and the hosts are extremely polite and friendly. Their garden is full of various fruit and they let you, even offer you to help yourself and pick the fruit from the trees if you like. There are two kitchens in the garden, several very nice tables to eat and all the appliances you need to prepare the food (except the oven). The owner speaks English, well enough to communicate the basic things and offer directions around the island. Hot water around the clock, clean towels and sheets daily and drinking water from the tap. As a sign of welcome they gave us some vegetables from their garden for salad. You have a fridge in the room, the rest is outside the room, in the kitchen. The beach is 100m away, a nice restaurant too.

Cozy and neat place in quiet neighborhood, good value for money

A very nice well looked-after place with a pleasant hostess. The beach is in walking distance, the nearest restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 minutes drive. There's a cute garden with a lot of trees and flowers around the house, we were allowed to gather and eat fruits from it. There is also a nice open kitchen with tables in the yard, the guests can cook and drink beverages there. The room was rather comfortable with nice view and small balcony. The was a fringe and a hair dryer, the balcony door had mosquito net, which is important because there are a lot of mosquitos in the area. There's enough parking space outside the property.

The bathroom was rather small with no shower cabin, though it wasn't a problem for us.

Η κυρία Μυρσίνη και ο κύριος Κυριάκος θα σας κάνουν να νιώσετε οικεία από την πρώτη στιγμή, με διακριτικότητα και όρεξη να σας δώσουν περισσότερες πληροφορίες για το νησί. Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα είναι τρομερά βολικό, αφού απέχει ελάχιστα τόσο από τα Θέρμα και τις βάθρες, όσο και από την Καμαριώτισσα και τη Χώρα. Κάντε το μπάνιο σας στην παραλία που βρίσκεται μερικά μέτρα πιο κάτω και απολαύστε ένα από τα ομορφότερα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Μπορείτε να μαγειρέψετε στις υπαίθριες κουζίνες που διαθέτει και να πιείτε το καφεδάκι σας στον απίστευτα προσεγμένο κήπο ανάμεσα στις ορτανσίες. Η διαμονή μας στο νησί απέκτησε άλλο νόημα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά.
