Resat was a wonderful host, very kind and generous with his knowledge about the area. The breakfast is fantastic, plenty of it and lots of variety. The place is super comfortable and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Highly recommend and will come again if we return to the Dardanelles!

Everything was great!

Lovely host. Amazing breakfast. We had a comfortable lounge next to our top floor room. Lounge had a great view. Walkable to ferry. Comfortable bed. Great location for exploring Gallipoli Peninsula.

A bit tight for space in the bedroom

Resat is the nicest, friendliest owner host you could hope to meet. While the rooms aren’t huge they are clean and comfortable. The common lounge area is great with views across the water to Kanakkale, superb, and in the genuine hospitality and conversation makes this a memorable and very enjoyable place to stay.

That we couldn’t stay longer. We didn’t realise we needed at least 4-5 days in this area. We will plan to return.

Reşat is a wonderful host. His place is so interesting. It is extremely clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable. It is a short walk to the main street where there's a few restaurants. He arranged a tour to Gallipoli for me, which was lovely of him to do. His breakfast spread is simply extravagant. Beautiful, traditional and freshly made daily by Reșat and it would have to be the best one I have had during my trip. Kilitbahir is a tiny little town. It is a short ferry ride to Cannakale, the departure port is about a 5 minute walk from Reşat's place. There is a castle there which is so interesting to visit. The next main town from Kilitbahir is Eceabat, where many tours to Gallipoli leave from. I am explaining this as I thought I was staying in Cannakale but it is not. So for transport planning purposes, it is important to know. I would definitely recommend staying with Reşat for a peaceful break.
