We liked the room itself, bed was comfortable and it was clean as well as everything what we needed was there. Opposite to the little pond and sea side which was also better than the town centre.
You can hear people above in the evenings so, when they walked or moved stuff around, it can be quite loud and you might have a problem to fall asleep.Toilet flush needs changing and attention needs to be paid to provided drinks as water bottle was full and open (don't know how long that was there so, we didn't use it), coffee was old, not sure about biscuits-we didn't try it. Mould around shower seal and on the wall, needs bleaching.
