Beautiful hotel, excellent location, well equipped room, lovely swimming pool, well kept gardens, very clean throughout.

The view from our balcony was amazing, we could see the swimming pool, sea and mountains at the same time. We were located on the second floor.
Additionally, the room was clean. They clean the room every day.
There is sun at the swimming pool all day, so the water is not cold (last week of August).
It was very calm, with no noise.
There is plenty of space to park the car.
The personnel were really kind and always available.
The wifi was not the best, but his job was done.
To reach the location, you'll definitely need a car, or it won't be easy.
It is not far from a small town by car (5min) and the same time for the Kournas lake.
It is pretty far from Balos and Elafonissi (2 hours), but everything in Crete seems to me far, not just the hotel. However, it is not far from Chania or Rethymnon (40 and 25 min respectively).

The staff, the other guests, the pool, the environment around it, how clean everything was, In general, it was a lovely experience, and I hope to return next year.
Nothing to say here, we absolutely loved everything. Except for the mosquitos, but it's not the staff's fault hahaha

clean, quite place,.nice view
uncomfortable bed like stone, WiFi didn't work all evening, we ask owner to call taxi and after 30min of waiting he said that he forgot to call, no coffee there, first bar/restaurant is 20min by walk there so if you are without car definitely don'tstayin pinelopi
