Location is good. Easy access in and out with the key provided. Provide breakfast, cup noodle etc for guests. Airport bus also just in front of the cross street, and myeondong entrance no. 2 is walking distance. Very recommended. WiFi also provided with high speed. No issue when I do my work on laptop.
Toilet water flow out to the room floor. Need to carry luggage to 3rd floor.

Great location in Myeongdong, just next to exit 10 (elevator) in a quiet alley. Cozy and nice place with all services and great host
3 floors, only stairs, very tiny bathroom, you have to shower just near the toilet bur pretty common in Korea

Location near Seoul subway station and airport bus.
The futon provided is so thin, no chair or stole inside the room very uncomfortable for elderly. They give you hand towel not bath towel to use after you take a bath. Breakfast they provide coffee, bread, butter and jelly if you are heading out early morning no bread employee wake up so late put bread 8am. One week of stay they will not change your pillow case and bed sheet😢
