Villa Montana was great for pur work trip. The rooms are simple (basic facilities) but comfortable and clean. The front desk is mostly unmanned (be prepared for this, especially if you have no phone data) but I had an issue with power and the manager/owner was very friendly and easy to contact and my issue was resolved very quickly. The location was excellent - close to beaches, parks, cafes and restaurants, and a large mall nearby. We almost exclusively travelled on foot and found everything accessible from our accomodation.
The facilities are basic - just a fridge, but there are lots of places to get food nearby so this wasn't an issue.

Conveniently located with free on-site parking. Spacious room with air conditioning. Easy check-in. Good price. A good place to stay the night.
The sewer smell from the bathroom made the entire room smell foul. Keeping the bathroom door closed, using the vent, and using the A/C helped but didn't entirely get rid of the smell.
