    Susah sgt nak refund 😌 dah bg qr pun still amik masa .. tempat lain 24jam .. ni dh lebih 3 hari pun still x refund .. dah contact hotel .. sama je mcm xde feedback.. xtau kenapa nk hold duit org 🥹 hotel smua ok .. btw korg kalau nk cek in hotel nin, better bwak deposit cash 😌

    It's a good place for stay to away for noise crowd and just nearby from KL Sentral.

    Although the location is fantastic, the picture looks great. However The hotel has not been cleaned properly, the bed sheet has some stain. The body wash was empty in the last stuff to refill. They didn’t get that done for me, I was so tired to follow up so I used shampoo instead which was really low in supply as well. I asked for adapter to charge my phone they didn’t have it so I had to buy a new one. Agoda advertised that the price includes breakfast but then the reception informed me there was never breakfast served in this hotel which make the two businesses look really bad. False advertising + hopeless service. Will look elsewhere next time.
