we arrived very tired after our walk from Bevagna and the owner (Diana) was so very friendly, helpful and welcoming. the room was very comfortable and quiet with lovely views. food was superb and our early breakfast made sure we got going in good time for the next stage of our walk. thank you!!

Breakfast was excellent, location good for visiting other towns. The host was brilliant.
The pool was dirty at the bottom with lots of bugs floating on the surface. I cleaned them out once! A machine to clean the bottom was put on but did not quite do the job. It was a shame as everything else was perfect.
