The property was perfect for a couple and could easily be comfortable for a family. It is better than the photos. It had everything we wanted for our stay on Lake Como and the view of the lake is stunning. The kitchen facilities were fantastic and the bed was so comfortable. Communication and hospitality with hosts was magnificent. Thankyou Mirko and Paola.

We had no issues but if you have problems with stairs the apartment may not suit.

Authentic apartment in Lenno on Lake Como

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. It is located in an old building in a truly authentic area. The apartment is on two levels: the entrance is through a gate from the street, followed by a staircase up to the first level with the kitchen and living room with a balcony. Then another staircase leads to the second level with the bedroom (also with a balcony) and the bathroom. The apartment is situated on a hill, and the balconies offer beautiful views of the mountains and Lake Como. It takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the lakeside promenade. The hosts are very nice. Andrea met us, helped us park the car, gave us a map of the area, and explained everything, including recommendations for restaurants and boat piers. The kitchen is well equipped. There was coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, and various cookies. In the fridge, they had prepared a bottle of Prosecco, water, and Coke for us. There was even a box of pasta and a jar of sauce — just in case we were hungry and the shops were already closed. That was a lovely and unexpected gesture. There are air conditioners both in the living room and in the bedroom. The bed is comfortable. There’s a washing machine, which was very useful after a week of traveling around Italy — and even laundry capsules were provided. Shower gel was available, but bring your own shampoo. Communication with the hosts was great. I wrote on WhatsApp asking for an extra set of towels, and they brought them quickly. I really liked this apartment. Even though we are already retirees, we had no trouble going up and down the stairs inside the house and walking uphill from the lakeside to the apartment. But this is something to keep in mind if mobility is an issue.

Exceptional

Mirko was an amazing host, very responsive and gave a detailed map with suggestions on what to do in Lenno and around it. The apartment had everything we needed and expected. The view from the balcony is beautiful!

Everything was great! The only downside would be that it was a bit cold during nights, so maybe an external electric heater would be nice to have for the future. Especially after end of summer season.

The perfect spot to enjoy Lake Como!

To be able to do everything on foot. The place itself which is clean, spacy and very nice with a perfect balcony to have dinner while enjoying the view. The host that gave us perfect instructions to enjoy the region.

Lovely apartment, full of character and well equipped.

The value for money especially for Lake Como was excellent. The apartment was extremely clean and full of character. In 30 degree heat we still found it cool and the two fans were adequate. Extremely well equipped and although we did not need Mirko throughout our stay I got the impression that if needed he would have been more than happy to help. The information (and Prosecco) provided on our arrival was much appreciated. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in a 'local' area of Lenno.

Only the hill walk back to the apartment in the heat, but that is because we are not as young as we were!

Magnifique appartement avec une jolie vue sur le Lac de Côme

Très chouette appartement, très bien équipé, dans un petit "hameau" très pittoresque, à proximité immédiate du centre de Lenno. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Excellent point de chute pour visiter le Lac de Côme. Très jolie vue sur le lac depuis les balcons. ! L'appartement est sur plusieurs étages, donc pas mal d'escaliers.

Wunderschön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den See, der sehr freundliche Empfang der Vermieter und dass die nötigsten Dinge für den ersten Tag zur Verfügung standen. Cristina war extrem freundlich , zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es stand ausführliches Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung.

Geheimtipp in Lenno!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber, hat einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick auf den See und 2! Balkone. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es wäre locker Platz für 5 Personen hier gewesen. Diese Buchung war einfach ein richtiger Glücksgriff! Kann es nur empfehlen. Auch die Inhaber waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Haben sich um alles gekümmert und sich oft erkundigt, ob alles im Ordnung sei.

Przepiękna okolica, stary budynek zaadaptowany na piękne mieszkanie, świetny klimat. Kilka balkonów, bardzo dobre wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka, wszystko co potrzeba. Świetna lokalizacja i kontakt z właścicielem, który jest bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny. Godny polecenia!

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Na siłę - brak prywatnego miejsca, ale można parkować na mało uczęszczanej i spokojnej ulicy blisko apartamentu więc nie był to żaden problem.
