Sandro hat uns unglaublich lieb empfangen, es gab zur Begrüßung erst mal einen Kaffee und viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Er hat uns auch einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand ausgeliehen. Die ganze Anlage ist total schön angelegt, auch der Pool wirklich sehr großzügig für die Anzahl an Gästen. Morgens gab es immer guten Kaffee und selbstgebackenen Kuchen sowie eine Auswahl an Paninis, Croissants und Früchten. Auch die 3 Hunde waren super lieb und ruhig.

Struttura accogliente e silenziosa, proprietari disponibili e gentili!

Sandro and Viola are perfect hosts. We arrived quite late (for that, I'm still sorry), but Sandro met us personally. The apartment is clean and has everything needed. Even though it didn't have air conditioning, it wasn't hot inside, and we had a comfortable sleep. Some things in the apartment are a bit worn out. But we looked into it as part of the authentic atmosphere. And we believe it's just a matter of time before those will be renovated or renewed. The territory is nice and calm, and the swimming pool is a perfect spot for relaxation. There is a barbecue zone with a table and benches under a shed, so we used it to cook and have dinner. The breakfasts from Sandro and Viola are something special. Everything is prepared and served with love and respect for individual preferences. Cheese with fig jam, chocolate and orange cakes, and coffee are a must to try. There are a number of animals there. Dogs, cats, pig, geese, donkeys, ponies, horse... Nice to have the opportunity to get in touch the nature. The surrounding area and the small town Castgneto Carducci are a joy for tourists' eyes. The views of the grapes and olive groves growing on the surrounding hills are unforgettable. If you'd like to try local food in the town, I'd recommend reserving a table for dinner; otherwise, you might not be seated as all the restaurants and pizzerias are full and reserved. The proximity (about 10 mins drive + 10 mins walk) of the sea and the beaches nearby is a big plus. A couple of remarkable seaview sunsets we caught there. We bought some local wine from Sandro's shelf (the wine isn't theirs, but from local wineries). And by Sandro's recommendation, we bought locally produced extra virgin olive oil nearby. If I have missed anything, I can only join in with all the positive things mentioned in other reviews.

Tutto, dall’accoglienza alla camera, nuova e pulitissima, alla colazione che è varia e buonissima. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo stare in compagnia dei loro animali, nonché dei proprietari, una coppia simpaticissima e disponibile per ogni evenienza.
