Perfect vacation in a perfect apartment

Great accommodation with style - Meraviglioso !

The appartment has been modernised and equipped with great attention to detail. It combines the historical building with modern furnishings. We felt very comfortable here. Not least because of the fantastic view from the balcony. The landlady was always available via messenger and there was a caretaker on site who already had fresh fruit and cold water ready for us. Thank you very much! If you arrive between 15:00 and 17:00, you can park and unload directly in front of the flat. Otherwise, there is a free car park about 400m away. The restaurants and pizzerias in town are great. It's best to book in advance! Tip: "Pizzeria Da Ciro" with a view over the "Piazzale Belvedere" . You should book a table outside.

! Absolutely perfect & charming!!!

Everything was just perfect. The nice owner Lea gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and was ready to respond to all our questions during our stay. The apartment is very nicely furnished with charming details to make you feel at home from the first moment you enter. It is also very well equipped especially the kitchen which is perfect to prepare meals even for a family, the dishwasher and a the washing machine. The best was the breathtaking view from the little balcony facing the coast & the sea. You even have the splendid view from one of the comfortable beds. The apartment is located in the center of the nice little village Castagneto Carducci. The bars, restaurants and a little shop and bakery is just around the corner- and nevertheless the apartment was very calm. Free parking area is in walking distance and the village is a perfect location to do excursions to the region with its charming landscape. Bolgheri is around the corner . The Barrati Bay is about 30 min from the apartment - a calm bay with nice sand, pine trees right next the beach, clear water. To sum up: Ninna Nanna Mare is highly recommendable - just perfect for a family stay in Tuscany. Worth every €! We are looking forward to come back an other time! Mille grazie per tutti, cara Lea! toller Blick vom Balkon, saubere, komfortable und schöne Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum von Castagneto Carducci, alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter, frisches Obst bei Ankunft.

nur für besonders geräuschempfindliche Personen relevant: Im zweiten, kleinen Schlafzimmer (mit ausziehbarer und sehr (!) bequemer Couch und schönem Ausblick auf das Carducci-Denkmal) kann man bei geöffnetem Fenster die Kirchenglocken hören: Diese pausieren allerdings nachts und setzen morgens um 7 Uhr wieder ein.

Ein wunderbarer Kurzaufenthalt in der Toskana!

Das Zimmer liegt in Castagnetto Carducci - mittendrin und doch ganz nah zum Parkplatz. Um das Gepäck zu transportieren darf man auch kurz direkt vor der Tür stehen. Restaurants und Pizzerien sind direkt im Ort. Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig und doch hat man alles was man braucht direkt vor Ort. Da wir im Oktober verreist sind, war die Heizung Gold wert.

Nichts. Es war alles wunderbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank an Lea für das Bereitstellen dieser mit Liebe eingerichteten Wohnung.

Una chicca curata nei minimi dettagli in un borgo incantevole.

La comodità di essere nel borgo con due affacci, uno sulla valle e l’altro direttamente sul borgo. Ogni locale ha una pompa di calore autonoma così da poter decidere le temperature. Top per me che amo dormire in un ambiente fresco
