Pulitissimo, a 5 minuti di macchina da spiaggia e centro di Nettuno. Appartamento spazioso, biancheria pulita con cambi sempre disponibili. Acqua calda e fredda perfette, con doccia efficiente, una vera rarità nei luoghi di mare e nelle strutture turistiche.

I liked that the staff was very friendly. They had time for a small chat even when their English was not that good, but their friendliness and the will that they wanted to understand me was so positive, that we managed everything very well. It's was also a good way to improve your Italian skills. I will book that residence for sure again. They also cared about me that well that I got free mineral water the first day. I was there to see some friends so I didn't really use the kitchen only for to cook my coffee. When you go there for more weeks it's a very good apartment with a nice clean kitchen, a big fridge. A very big bath. And what I liked Was The closet.
What I didn't like is that I booked with my American express and then the residence had to say that this was a mistake of booking.com but the staff there said that this is no problem I got the confirmation from then and then I have chosen a alternative payment. It was not the residence's fault.

location extremely hard to find. noisy. car cleaning at the back. steel working in front. hostess unable to even try to speak a little bit of English. accusing us of not paying even though we showed her we had paid with booking.com
