The location was close to the train station. When we arrived the host was ready for us and gave us a nice walk through of the room and breakfast. There is an elevator. It is very quiet.

Location, fabulous breakfast, the owners were very helpful and also with our road bikes, we had agreed on beforehand that we had bikes.

This is an absolute little gem - super close to Roma Termini, great coffee shop across the road and delicious restaurants downstairs. Quiet, spacious room and comfortable beds with a fantastic host Delia. I would choose this place again any day of the week over a busy hotel. You won’t be disappointed

Location was a 5 min walk from Termini Station! The property was absolutely sparkling clean and the hostess was delightful. A real classic bed and breakfast experience. Breakfast was included each morning with great selections to start our day and delivered to our room. The bathroom was plenty of space for us and the room was tidied daily, which was a lovely surprise. Lots of personal touches in the room. Would stay here again for sure!!
