Everything specially the hosts , Delia and her Husband are so cute and cheerful and more than kind. Definitely it is my Rome place to go! Will do come again :)

The location was close to the train station. When we arrived the host was ready for us and gave us a nice walk through of the room and breakfast. There is an elevator. It is very quiet.

Location, fabulous breakfast, the owners were very helpful and also with our road bikes, we had agreed on beforehand that we had bikes.
