Zannikos Rooms

The room was spacious and had a little outdoor space, which I didn’t really use as it was very hot while I was there and the balcony is within a courtyard so there wasn’t a breeze. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything but a bit away from the busy areas.

I left the balcony door open most of the time even when I was not there, which was safe to do, as the room needed a bit of airing out, I am quite sensitive to smells, and it seems that maybe due to smoking on the balcony or the balcony next door, it must blow in and it is difficult to clear out as the room doesn’t have a lot of air flow. I found that leaving the door open worked. The air conditioner worked though it made a bit of a squeaky sound if on rotating, maybe needs to be oiled? When I needed it I just used it without the rotating and it was fine.

Perfect location - peaceful but just 5 minutes walk to the absolute center of beautiful Ermoupoli. And only 1 minute from the port which is very convenient for arriving or leaving with ferry. Easy communication with the owner, he was helpful. Apartment is spacious and perfectly clean, even the floor is washed every day, towels are changed (they are perfectly white) - maybe we would not even need this every day :) for the price it is simply a great value. It gives you a feeling that you really live in the city. Loved it!

Few small things - you can hear the noise from the room above. No net on the balcony door (not possible to leave it open at night). Our room on the ground floor was quite dark and a bit humid. But these are just small things and overall we really enjoyed the stay. Would definetely come again.

The location is great, close to the port and to the shopping center.

Tha only window facing a whole, it felt very claustrophobic.
