Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Clean room and a nice bed (but with German style pillows). Good food with fixed menu at the evening. Breakfast good with a mix of Italian and German food. Parking space enough. Nice calm garden. English/Italian/German well spoken.
The bathroom a little outdated.
