Location was good and it was clean
I had a disappointing stay overall. I booked a Queen size bed room, but the bed actually had two separate single mattresses pushed together, which was uncomfortable and caused back pain. Sleep quality was definitely affected.
I also requested an early check-in, which I understand is subject to availability, but while I was waiting, I noticed multiple other guests being checked in before me, which felt unfair and frustrating.
Lastly, the breakfast did not meet expectations in terms of taste or quality.
Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised or what I expected, and I hope the hotel can improve these areas for future guests.

Wifi failed 25 morning .no sensitivity by management to restore guests who are in urgent need of this. poor hospitality service only one coffee cup for two guests .no adequate space to sit for breakfast .had to stand .not recommending .one day before stayed in lemon tree hotel it was excellent experience aswell economical by 60%

The location was good and felt safe. Also, the reception was cozy and the rooms functional. We had hot water for the shower. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but very good and diverse.
The bathroom was only a cell built inside the room, but it met it's purpose. The heating didn't work properly.

I was expecting this booking with breakfast as mentioned at the time of booking on the website but nothing was provided... feeling bad for wrong information
complimentry breakfast in the price what I paid.. and the room service was extremely bad.. I ordered for tea bags, milk saches, but despite of waiting for more than half an hour nothing was provided.. feel sorry for this and regretting of staying in this kind of hotel,,,, I am a govt officer and going to write it to the concern ministry about this

I liked that the hotel is inclusive in its hiring. There was a hearing and speech impaired person employed for room service and a trans person employed at the live dosa counter.
Check-in took forever! Almost one hour! This was inspite giving them a headsup through the form that we will be checking in at that time window.

Overall not a clean hotel. Corridor carpet is dirty and patched, wall paint is falling off in places, bedding is old and bed topper was slipping away not secured. We stayed 3 nights room was not turned town. Housekeeping was either too busy with other rooms or wanted to clean in evening when we were busy with kids

Nothing, the staff was rude and back answered to any questions or requests. Had to wait hours before they even did something basic like get water or change towels
The towels were gray! Not white! Dirty and with black spots. Rooms were stinking and when told the staff to do something they said we can leave if we want! We had 3 room in total, worst experience Jaipur where it’s knows for it’s hospitality. Staff was the worst! Never again will book ibis or even suggest anyone!

Location is perfect, 5 min walk to the metro, general stores and pharmacies nearby. Room sizes for what it is okay for a very short stay.
Almost all upholstery had some form of stains on it, everything in the room is either too old, non functional or missing.
Fridge doesn't work, towels weren't clean, had to ask for amenities (wasn't told it was available upon request at the time of check in; although they weren't fully provided).
The housekeeping isn't great, cleanliness is meh or worse. You can see that throughout the hotel if you look for it. It's just clean on the surface level only. Even breakfast spread was boring and gas-inducing, never felt good eating them.
These standards are alright for an Airbnb stay but this is a branded, chain hotel and it is as bad as a cheap airbnb

The bathroom was a plastic “cabin” and it was too noisy when someone was using the shower. Smelt tobacco in the room as someone next door probably was smoking. Also we could hear people talking in other rooms

The support staff and the Chef were truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service throughout my stay, which was the only highlight of the experience. While the hospitality team deserves full credit, the hotel management really needs to improve the room quality and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.

My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially when it came to the room itself. The sofa was full of visible stains, and even the pillows were not clean, which really affected the overall comfort. The “city view” mentioned in the description was also misleading — it did not match what was promised online. Despite the room being spacious, it failed to meet expectations due to these issues.

Hot water problem water dipping like drops and cold water flow ok and ordered midnight chicken sandwich was with out chips and was very bad taste and complained about tv since 2 days no one came to fix called them few times but still no one came

The queen beds are actually two twins placed together with a mattress topper. Unfortunately the mattress topper is smaller than the bed so you can’t sleep comfortably on either side and since it’s two twin beds together you can’t sleep in the middle either.
I struggled to sleep and eventually when I did call them pretty late into the night to help solve the problem, they sent over a single mattress topper and tried to get me to sleep on the floor.
Finally had to remove the topper from the bed and sleep on one of the twin mattresses.
Couldn’t sleep and ran late for work the next day, but they did compensate me with ₹500 off on a ₹3200 massage.
So I guess ₹500 is the cost of a bad nights sleep.

1- Dinner - I ordered a Cesear Salad what i received was salad with filled with Spinach, not lettuce but Spinach..
2- Room - The room was smelling, the towels smelled of oil and was yellow instead of white, the pillows were stained and so was room.
