The view from the room was nice and we love the course dinner, serviced in our room. The breakfast was good too.
The private onsen we tried to use, had a huge spider the facility looked very old. I was scared to go in to the onsen so we canceled and used a public onsen, which was old as well but yet it was quiet and the onsen water was very good.

The hotel had a shuttle service from the train station. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Dinner was over the top. Breakfast is basic. But for a quick pickup in the morning the lobby services to go coffee, fruit cups and small cakes. The afternoon a beverage bar is setup with sakes, wine, draft beer, juices and teas for free.
The rooms need a face lift and the futon bedding was too thin. Ended using 2 futon the following night.

社員さん皆さんの対応が良かった・露天風呂いいお湯だった・夕食も美味しく頂けた・お布団も清潔で気持ちよかった・お風呂上がりのビールが良かった・LOVOTの椿ちゃんが可愛い過ぎた・朝食とても美味しかった・朝食会場の接客がとても良かった・ロビーから海方向の景観が素晴らしかった・
基本清潔であれば施設が古いことは構わない

They change our room quickly after it flooded,clean and big Japanese style bedroom and kind staff.
Do not use there bathroom tub it overflows and it'll flood your room like what happened to us.
