とっても清潔でおしゃれな旅館 ご飯も品数多いし、どれも美味しかった。 1番は家族風呂が楽しめました。 子供達もとても嬉しそうにしていました。

大人用の朝食が中•高生には渋すぎることくらいですかね。私は、日本の朝食って感じで好きでした。

The private baths were really nice and each different. The breakfast team was really friendly.

Soundproofing between upstairs and downstairs and between rooms were non existent. You could hear your neighbours’ TV and kids. Coffee machine is located in the club lounge, which is only open in the afternoon from 4pm. This makes it useless for people who can only drink coffee in the morning.

スタッフがみんな親切で優しかったです！！ ご飯も美味しくて、朝も夜も満足でした！！ お風呂も貸切風呂があって、LINEで混雑状況がわかるのが 非常に良かったです！！ また利用させていただきたいと思います！！

Staff was very kind and welcoming. Traditional dinner and breakfast were good. The environment was clean. Futon and pillows were very comfortable.

The room was cold despite using the heater and there's no heater in the toilet either. No shower in the room: shower was available only in the private onsen, this means that if you need to shower after midnight you can't as the onsen closes at this time. Also, if someone else is using the onsen you cannot access it to have a shower. The onsen water was so hot that was not possible to stay in. This is the first time it happens as we've never had this problem in other Japanese onsen before. There's no booking system to use the private onsen, this means that if other guests are using them you have to wait. Also, you could not be able to use the onsen you want.
