The owners are very kind. They offered a lift to the bus stop on the day we would leave , to save going up village stairs. They offered a car space and keys to our friend ( we didn’t have a car ourselves) . There is limited parking in the village. A van taxi can park in the driveway to pick up or drop off , unlike some other properties where you would be dropped off to walk up stairs. There are books and games and a little djembe drum. Lots of maps and guides . Hairdryer. Iron and ironing board Air con in main bedroom was silent . Good sized bunk and bed in the other room . A washing machine and 4 washing pods Dishwasher with plenty of pods . Coffee and traditional coffee makers . Salt olive oil sugar English breakfast tea. A big pot for boiling pasta Well equipped kitchen Mini mart closed noon to 1500 but has what you need There is a nice walk from a bit down the stairs called via Verde ( the green way) marked by green dots on the ground. A scenic walk no cars all the way to laglio . La Locanda is your fancier dinner with air conditioning. 35 minutes walk into Laglio The ferry is not too far.

The property is half way up a hill. Most of the village is! Fine for us to walk 8 minutes down the stairs to mini mart and waters edge to swim. But be aware if you have problems with stairs . We actually loved the walk.

As a family of 5 it was just perfect. As plans changed and needed to arrive earlier on a Sunday we were unable to get a car. Was an adventure but so worth it. Communication was great with the owners and the place was so clean and had everything you need. As we came on a Sunday most things are closed and Monday but found a lovely grocery store near by that delivers and sorted us out for our stay!

Good Location - the view from the Terrace was wild! You have Everything you need for cooking in the Apartment. Parking Spot for 1 car included in the Price Great Hosts, very Sweet and very considerate. The hosts answered immediatly and were always willing To help even if they didnt have to. Hospitality was spectacular. In the proximity there is a good Restaurant with tasteful Food. Cost/Performance Ratio was very good.

While the location is very good, i definitly recommend a car To See all the other Beautiful villages and Spots around Lake como. Bed‘s were a Little too hard for my Taste, room for improvement but in total still allright. The Apartment has 2 bedrooms, you need to pass through one of the other bedrooms in order To reach the bathroom.

The property is located away from the touristic city center of Como but provides calm and peaceful atmosphere with amazing lake view! It is comfortable for the people travelling with car! como city is 20 minutes by car and also menaggio is approx 30 minutes ! The owners are very nice and sweet and always available when needed :) the welcome cake was very sweet from them :) I would recommend this place if you are travelling with family for some peace!

Nothing much to add on this ! Just from an info the wifi is not the great at the property! No signal in the bedrooms but for us it wasn’t a problem as we were on digital detox and were enjoying the vibes mostly !
