La Colonghera by Quokka 360 - Lake Como Flat With Balcony And View

Amazing location in a small town on the slope of the mountains surrounding the Сomo lake. 2 big bedrooms with bath room on the first floor and living room, kitchen and washing room with toilet on the second floor. The beds are quite comgortable. The view on the lake is fantastic, even despite the krane located exactly against the house. There is parking place not far from the house (~100 m). Please take in account that it is convinient for small/regular car (less suitable for big car). The house is managed by Quokka 360 company and their response was relatively fast. They also allowed us to check out at 12 AM instead 10 AM.

On the 2nd floor there is air conditioner and also heated floor, but on the 1st floor there was very cold (in the bed rooms and especially in the bath room). We had also problems with water heating that solved by the owner and with the water draining in the bath room sink (we asked to fix it after our leaving).
