A very pleasant stay in a nice hotel. I recommend.

Very good breakfast, nice restaurant, good coffee, helpful and very nice staff, extremely clean facility.

The room lacked air conditioning. As a result, it was too hot. It's a pity that there is no dishwasher in the studio rooms.

Good to stay like home

Wifi is not working good, Studio rooms showing like equipped with washingmachine but there is no washing machine.Photoes not correct.Accept this items no big issues.You can stay safely.Car parking are is good enough.

The room was advertised as non-smoking, but the designated smoking area was literally in my windows. If you dislike cigarette smoke, avoid room 8, unfortunately it lacks the fresh air.

I guess I was unlucky but the elevator did not work so I had to carry a big heavy suitcase 2 floors up with no one to help (staff is only in the hotel until 17:00).

A clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff.

The location was very convenient for my purposes. The hotel is in Diepoldsau, which does not have a train station but is well served by other public transport if you don't have a car. The buffet breakfast was kept replenished throughout the breakfast period. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I stayed in a studio which had a kitchenette in the lounge area and a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. It was ideal for those staying in the area a bit longer or with families.

I arrived over a weekend when the hotel is not staffed. I found it impossible to work out how to get my key and find the location of my room. I needed to call the 'out of hours' number which should not have been necessary. It would have been helpful if there was some information, be it in German or English, at the hotel to explain the key collection procedure for those arriving out of the usual business hours. The sound proofing between rooms was minimal, fortunately my neighbour only had a very bad cough ....

Free parking available, nice and clean room, relatively modern. Flexible check in time. Good breakfast. All in all a good value for the price.

We missed a coffee machine or boiler in the room. Also since our room was above the hotel bar, it was really loud at night even until 1 a.m.!! The room was quite warm at night and the air conditioner did not work.

Th. e hotel has no air conditioningThere is a church closeby, whose VERY LOUD bell works 24/7. On summer you need to open the window and the noise does not allow you to get a decent sleep, as the bell sounds every 30 minutes !!!

Very simple/basic rooms and the breakfast area. The breafast was OK however only cold nothing warm to eat The bathroom door is made of glass and it doesn't close properly (not recommened for couples). The bed linens give an impresson of dirty/used. Nothing cozy about this place ..bit like cheap dormitory. At 7am cleaning lady walks into the room when we were still asleep. Nobody (the staff not the guest at breakfast) wore a mask!!!!at the breafast mostly workers coughing and sneezing. Receptionist (older) was clearly having a cold!(still, wore no mask).

Schönes, modernes Studio mit viel Platz. Das Morgenessen war gut und das Rest. sehr schön.

Ein paar Sachen haben gefehlt, wie ein grosser Spiegel, einen Schrank für hängende Kleider im Schlafzimmer. Schade, dass Kaffeekapseln, Kaffeerahm, Tee und Zucker nicht aufgefüllt werden.
