We paid for two nights but the ower insisted we paid only for one night and we need to pay additional 50€. We reported the incided to booking.com. Looks like a scam...

Good value for good price

The apartment was rather small, but sufficient in terms of living space and equipment. Importantly there is AC and also rolling window shades that block the sun completely if you want. The AC is positioned wisely, far from the bed. You have basic equipment in the room and some extra in hallways (like a kettle or microwave). Balcony is great for relax and hanging clothes. Location is fine, it is a 15 minutes walk to the beach. Parking in front of the building is very good and big. The host is a nice lady. Walls are thick enough so that you don't hear others.

Bathroom light was flickering. Also door lock got stuck somehow and was barely working anymore.

Nice price, good location, big private parking lot. No major complains.

WiFi was bad, loosing connection, drops in speed, all the time. Host was unreachable many times. Small gap under the room door deliver noise from the hall, as well as smell from food heated in microwave located in the hall. Hot water was barely warm. But all in all, it was fine.

Serves its purpose: a superclean place to sleep with AC, WIFI and free parking for reasonable price.

We have booked this apt for its vicinity to Fazana/Brijuni. It is about 10km from Fazana port. In Barbariga it is really not much to see or to do, not a cute litte old town, like most of the Croatian villages on the shore, it is a residential (apt. for rent) area. You need a car to reach a restaurant, a shop, a beach, really anything. We knew this, so it was OK for us. Huge and spacious parking lot/free parking is a very big advantage. Nice welcoming lobby, superclean room, comfy bed, dryer rack on the balkony for wet beach stuff, enough power outlets, little refrigerator and working A/C, also a little garden with comfy chairs to sit outside - huge plus!!

On the negative side I must mention the size of the room. For 1-2 nights and ONLY FOR SLEEPING it is OK. They may have bigger rooms, we had a 2 person standard and it was a tiny hole with no air. There are request signs in the lobby of not running the AC all the time, because ecofriendliness, let's not burden the environment and each other (noisy) with the AC, but we had to. No mosquito net, so all kind of flying insects came in for the night if we kept the window open, and there was literally no Oxygen in the room, but this moisty, humid, unbreathable thin air. So we ran the AC all night, but it was noisy, and uncomfortable. So book a bigger room, or a different orientation or maybe floor room, not downstairs. Having said that, it is a pleasant place and value for money considering high season prices elsewhere.

The place is better than in the pictures on booking. Kitchen is very well equiped. Beach is wide, not crowded.

The bed up in the room was warm, but there was a solution with a fan.

Friendly host, full of joy lady , which prepaired everything for arrival. There is a lot of parking space, so there is no worries where to park. The appartment was clean and inside there was everything you need, from airconditon, kitchen with equipment , big TV if you need it and for me very IMMPORTANT - the opener of wine bottle :-), which for my opinion is very unusual. So 10-points

Great landlady, warmhearted, willing, helpful. Beautiful, quite modern and new house with charming front garden. Well cleaned. Bath, not only shower. Our appartment was suitable and big enough for 6 persons (as it was announced). Nice village and close surroundings (including Rovinj, Pula and many other historical and natural places).

Beds were too soft (at least for us). One air-conditioning unit is not enough for two-floor appartment (higher floor is not cooled enough and sleeping there is more tiring than refreshing). Village does not have suitable supermarket, but very good ones are within few minutes of car ride.

The lady of the house was very nice and warm. She works hard and that's why the rooms are so nice and clean. She is there for the guests and helps you if you have any question. Me and my wife were very satisfied and we will come back for sure!

Velmi doporučujeme.

Velmi milá a ochotná paní hostitelka. Pokoje velmi moderní, čisté a krásný výhled z balkonu pokoje na bazén. Ten jsme také rádi využívali. Atmosféra zde je velmi příjemná.

Lokalita byla velmi klidné a v blízkosti se nám moc nelíbila pláž. Museli jsme si zajet autem do vedlejších městeček, tam byly naopak pláže velmi dobré se skvělým vstupem do moře.

Proprietaria top ma troppa polvere in camera

Bella piscina, arredamenti nuovi, la proprietaria gentilissima.

Purtroppo al nostro arrivo nella stanza c’era molta polvere e abbiamo trovato anche un elastico per capelli (con dei capelli attaccati) sopra il letto matrimoniale. Durante la settimana è saltata 3 volte la corrente (oltre agli elettrodomestici in dotazione non avevamo altre cose collegate). Il Wi-Fi funzionava solo ogni tanto.

Budynek na uboczu gdzie cisza i spokój . Duży parking. Basen z leżakami przy parkingu. Apartament czysty, praktycznie wszystko nowe . W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja. Pani Gospodarz bardzo miła i pomocna. Do plaży trzeba jeździć autem . Polecam lasek przy plaży gdzie można schować samochód przed słońcem.

So herzliche Gastgeber hat man wirklich selten, es hat sich so familiär angefühlt, ganz toll. Das Apartment war total neu und modern, hatte viele Verstaumöglichkeiten und alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
