About this villa rental
The beautiful Villa Kalista Istriana is the perfect choice for a wonderful family holiday by the sea. In front of the villa there is a large private pool where you can enjoy sunny days with your loved ones. In the garden you will also find a covered terrace with a barbecue and dining table, where you will enjoy the romantic atmosphere on summer evenings with family and friends. A highlight is definitely the jacuzzi on the covered terrace, where you can relax. The house is equipped with 8 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas. The terrace is planted with 150 different plants. It is away from the main road and very quiet place. The pool size is 48 m2. For our guests we have 4 bikes at disposal. There is a garage and two private parking spaces on the property. The internet speed is 30-50 mbit.
The interior of the villa is modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a pleasant holiday. On the ground floor of the villa there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped and modern kitchen with a dining area. On the same floor you will find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a separate bathroom. On the upper floor there are 2 more comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
Villa Kalista Istriana is located in the small village of Betiga on the Istrian coast. If you are an olive oil lover, we recommend you visit Vodnjan, where are many tasting rooms. For those who want to spend the day at the beach, Betiga & Fazana are the right places. The beaches in Fazana & Betiga are mostly pebble and surrounded by trees under which you can relax after swimming. A delicious dinner in one of the city's restaurants is the culmination of the day. You've probably heard of Brijuni National Park. So if you want to visit it, you can reach it by ferry from Fazana. The national park is known for its extensive safari park and the beautiful Bay of Verige, which you will discover as soon as you get there!
