Czystość i udogodnienia w pokoju nadal super, bardzo dobra lokalizacja i stosunek ceny do jakości - tu nic się nie zmieniło. Śniadania i słodkości nadal bardzo dobre. A jeśli ktoś jest introwertykiem, to dla niego idealne miejsce odpoczynku, bo Panie z obsługi ograniczają kontakt do paru koniecznych słów typu kwota rzucona ,,w powietrze" i to wszystko.
To już nie ten Mistral, co przed laty, obsługa psuje totalnie klimat. Rozumiem, że na rynku brak pracowników, ale chyba wszystkie Panie z obsługi powinny przejść jakieś szkolenie z obsługi właśnie. Nie wymagam królewskiego przyjęcia, choć przed laty było one takie właśnie. Obecnie żadnego kontaktu wzrokowego, żadnego przywitania, pożegnania, klucz na ladę i ,,tam po drugiej stronie" wraz z gestem głową,to było wszystko, co usłyszałem odnośnie pokoju i pobytu. Słowa ,,dzień dobry", ,,proszę", ,,dziękuję" bez reakcji. Jak w stołówce w PRLu. Tak przy śniadaniu, jak i później podczas pobytu w kawiarni. Przyjechałem do Ustki że względu na Mistrala i się zawiodłem, szkoda. PS. Kilka mankamentów w łazience, ale może to chwilowe i w tej jednej właśnie.
